Jediitta Tiainen

Jediitta Tiainen joined the Folks team in April 2020. Prior to joining Folks, Jediitta worked in a global accounting firm with a focus on corporate law. She also has several years of work experience in the preparation of EU regulations such as the AWMS Directive and the Copyright Directive.

Jediitta advises clients especially in M&A, corporate and contract law assignments.
