What is the content of the training?

In the training, the various cooperation procedures according to the new cooperation act that entered into force at the beginning of 2022 will be reviewed regarding the personnel effects caused by changes in business operations and the organization of work, the transfer of the business and the reduction of the use of labor. The training answers, among other things, the following questions:

• What does the employer need to do and know before starting the cooperation procedure?
• What can and cannot be done by the employer during cooperation negotiations?
• What are the employer's measures after fulfilling the obligation to negotiate?
• How and with what schedule should the employer implement their decision after the cooperation negotiations?

What do you learn from the training?

After the training, you will be able to prepare in accordance with the current labor legislation for the various cooperation procedures under the Cooperation Act, you will learn how to carry out the various cooperation negotiations appropriately and to implement the employer's decisions made after the negotiation/notification obligation has been fulfilled.

Who is the training suitable for?

The training is designed for company managers, supervisors and HR experts, regardless of the person's role and the company's industry.

How can the training be organized and what does it cost?

You can order the training to be held at your company's location. The training can also be organized remotely as a Teams meeting or in a space organized by Folks.

The price of the training is agreed on a case-by-case basis with each customer, taking into account, among other things, the scope and duration of the training and the number of participants in the training. For example, a three-hour training in the capital region without restrictions on the number of participants is 1,300 euros (+ VAT 24%). The price of the training includes the electronic material to be distributed to the participants.
