What is the content of the training?

In the training, the provisions of the Annual Leave Act are thoroughly reviewed, including the determination and payment of annual leave pay, holiday compensation, and the granting and transfer of annual leave.

The training answers, among other things, the following questions:

• To what extent are the provisions of the Annual Leave Act binding?
• What is the taxable period of employment in terms of earning annual leave?
• How do employees earn annual leave?
• How are employee's annual leave pay and holiday pay determined in different situations?
• When should annual leave be granted to an employee?
• To what extent can annual leave be agreed upon with the employee?
• What about annual leave when an employee is unable to work?
• When can an employer commit an annual leave violation according to the Annual Leave Act?

After the training, you will know how employees earn annual leave, how employees' annual leave pay and holiday compensation are calculated, when must an annual leave be granted to an employee, what the employee's rights are regarding annual leave and to what extent annual leave can be agreed upon with each employee.

How can the training be organized and what does it cost?

You can order the training to be organized at your company's location. The training can also be organized remotely as a Teams meeting or in a space organized by Folks.

The price of the training is agreed on a case-by-case basis with each client, taking into account, among other things, the scope and duration of the training and the number of participants in the training. For example, a three-hour training in the capital region without restrictions on the number of participants is 1,300 euros (+ VAT 24%). The price of the training includes the electronic material to be distributed to the participants.
