What is the content of the training?

 

In the training, the generally agreed conditions in the employment contract are thoroughly reviewed, starting with whether it is justified to enter into a fixed-term or indefinite employment contract with a person. In addition, the training covers the content of certain statutory and voluntary plans, programs and instructions, as well as documents related to the termination of employment.

 

The training answers, among other things, the following questions:

  • Do I have to sign a fixed-term or open-ended employment contract?
  • What should be agreed in the employment contract?
  • What does established practice mean and what is its significance?
  • What is the occupational health and safety action program?
  • What is the occupational health care action plan?
  • What is the instruction for combating harassment and improper treatment?
  • What is the work community development plan? When should one be made, and what does it contain?
  • What is the equality plan? When should one be made and what does it contain?
  • What is the equality plan? When should one be made and what does it contain?
  • What is a substance abuse program? When should one be made and what does it contain?
  • What is the purpose and content of the warning given to the employee?
  • What should be agreed upon in the employment termination agreement?

After the training, you will know in which situations a fixed-term employment contract can be concluded with an employee and what should be agreed upon in the employment contract in any situation. You will also learn what kinds of mandatory plans the employer must have in each situation and what the general content of such plans is. In addition, you will get a good overview of what matters in employment termination agreements are worthwhile and can be agreed upon in each situation.

 

Who is the training suitable for?

 

The training is designed for company managers, supervisors and HR experts, regardless of the person's role and the company's industry.

 

How can the training be organized and what does it cost?

 

You can order the training to be held at your company's location. The training can also be organized remotely as a Teams meeting or in a space organized by Folks.

 

The price of the training is agreed on a case-by-case basis with each customer, taking into account, among other things, the scope and duration of the training and the number of participants in the training. For example, a three-hour training in the capital region without restrictions on the number of participants is 1,300 euros (+ VAT 24%). The price of the training includes the electronic material to be distributed to the participants.
