What is the content of the webinar?

The free webinar will briefly review what will change as a result of the change of the act concerning non-compete agreements, and on what timeline. The webinar answers the following questions, among others:

  • How is the prohibition of competition regulated in the Employment Contracts Act from 1 January 2022?
  • What is considered as a competing activity?
  • What factors are taken into account in the assessment of a particularly compelling reason?
  • What is the content of the obligation to reimburse based on the non-compete clause?
  • Is it possible to terminate the non-compete agreement?
  • How should an employer deal with non-compete agreements entered into during next year?

Who works as a webinar trainer?

The trainer is Toni Haapasalo, a lawyer at Iconics, who has more than eight years of experience in employment-related legal advice from the public sector, an employee association and two different law firms.
