Antti founded Iconics in summer 2015 after having worked for over a decade in a listed media company and a leading Finnish law firm. He decided to combine his experience both in providing and procuring legal services, and develop a better way of offering legal services.

 

Antti’s expertise includes e.g. corporate law, M&A, competition law, ICT and other commercial agreements, copyrights, employment law and media regulation.

 

During his career he has successfully led dozens of M&A projects and taken part in numerous digital development projects. Antti has also experience corporate governance and strategic planning as well as in planning and implementing compliance functions.
